How do I return an order?

If your order is eligible for return, please follow the steps below to initiate the return process:

Please make sure your message includes the following information:

• Order number

• Reason for return

• Product photo (in case of damage)

• Name and surname

• Delivery address

Once we receive your message, we will send you the appropriate return address.

Return shipping costs:
The cost of returning the parcel is borne by the customer.
We do not refund them in cash, but in the form of a discount voucher worth the shipping costs incurred.
This voucher is valid for 1 year and can be used on your next order in our online store.

Every return shipment must be sent with a Track & Trace number.
Without a Track & Trace number, we cannot process your return.

Please do not return the package to the sender's address without our prior consent.
