Shipping Policy
As a small family business, we thank you for placing an order with Mavee-moda.
Our goal is to provide you with the best possible experience – from placing your order to delivery.
That's why we've prepared these shipping guidelines so you can shop with complete peace of mind.
Delivery time
Average delivery time is 7 to 15 business days, including processing time.
The deadlines provided are indicative and may vary slightly depending on the delivery location.
Shipping is always free.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are completely free, regardless of the order value.
This means you can enjoy our products without any additional fees.
Order status
After placing your order, you will receive an individual tracking number (Track & Trace) sent to your email address.
Using this number, you can track your shipment at any time through our logistics partner ParcelPanelLink.
The first updates usually appear after 2-3 days, and then the tracking page also shows the estimated delivery date.
Multiple products in one order
If you order multiple products at the same time, they may be delivered separately – for example, due to stock availability or different warehouse locations.
Please contact us only if the estimated delivery time is exceeded.
Delivery problems
Although it happens very rarely, unforeseen problems can occur during the delivery process.
Unfortunately, this is a human factor and sometimes beyond our control – we ask for your understanding.
We take appropriate action in the following situations:
Damaged product
We're very sorry! It's possible that your product may become damaged during shipping.
In this case, we will automatically send you a new copy at no additional cost.
We are not currently offering refunds – our goal is to deliver what you ordered first.
Lost shipment
If a parcel is lost or not delivered due to logistical reasons, we will immediately send a new parcel, also at no additional cost.
Only after this stage do our returns and complaints policy apply.
Also in this case, our priority is to deliver the ordered product.
Refusal of acceptance or unsuccessful delivery
It happens that a parcel is refused upon collection or the courier fails to deliver it after several attempts.
The parcel is then sent to the nearest post office and Mavee-moda covers the shipping costs.
You will receive an email notification of this situation.
You then have 7 days to collect your package.
If the parcel is not collected within this time, it will be automatically sent back to our supplier in Asia.
In this case, we will re-ship your order free of charge, with the same delivery time (7–14 business days).
If this shipment is also rejected or not delivered, we reserve the right to deduct PLN 65 from the refund due.

Shipment insurance
For just PLN 9.95 you can add shipping insurance.
If your package is lost, damaged or stolen, we will send you a new product at no extra cost.
Damaged or incorrectly delivered products must be reported within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving your order.
After this date, exchanges will no longer be possible.
Hygiene products
For hygiene reasons, products such as underwear or care products are excluded from exchange –
unless they are unused and in their original packaging.
In this case, please send a photo for verification.
Responsibility for design choices
Mavee is not responsible for incorrectly selected sizes, colors or patterns by the customer.
Product photos
We make every effort to ensure that our products are presented as accurately as possible,
however, screen settings may cause slight color differences.

Can I cancel my order?
You have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 3 hours of placing it.
This is possible because we start producing and processing your order immediately after you place it,
including any personalization, and your order is usually shipped within 1 business day.
Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Of course, you retain the right to return the product within 14 days of receipt,
in accordance with our returns policy and European consumer law.
Our products are created with great care and often include personalization elements,
therefore they are not subject to the standard right of withdrawal,
unless the product is faulty or not as described.
The purchase price includes a fixed personalisation fee of PLN 39.95 per product.
If you cancel within 3 hours, we will refund the full purchase amount, less this fee.
Customs duties and import fees
Because we ship products directly from our suppliers in Asia,
parcels may be inspected by customs.
Unfortunately, the regulations have changed since July 1, 2021 and we have no influence on this.
In rare cases, a small customs fee may be charged –
Don't worry, in 99% of cases this situation does not occur.
